Education & Technical Services Committee

The Educational & Technical Services Committee is charged with the educational development (primary, secondary, and adult) of forestry, logging, and industry operations as well as developing technical resources to assist our members.  The Committee is responsible for the following programs: Professional Timber Harvester Program, Technical Assistance, Industry Short Courses, Summer Meeting, Winter Meeting, Forestry Assistance, Sustainable Forestry Initiative®, Safety Assistance, and Forest Landowner Education.  The Committee also works closely with the Missouri Forest Services Corporation, a for profit corporation owned by the Association, in the development of the phytosanitary inspection program.
